Turn-Key Email Newsletter Service for Printers and Print Brokers
ePrint Tips is our monthly email newsletter service for commercial printers. The service includes design, copywriting and production of the email newsletter content, as well as an interface to distribute your newsletter to your entire email list.
You can select one of our standard template options for your newsletter, or work us to create a completely custom design based on your requirements. As for content, we provide a ready-to-go issue every month. You can use it as is, or take advantage of the flexibility to edit its content, add or substitute stories based on your local requirements, or further customize it with banner-like messages promoting anything you like.
The newsletter links to a story archive that is hosted on your Web site and with content dynamically served from ours. This enables you to enhance your Web site, blog or even Facebook page with new content each and every month.

Who does the newsletter come from?
We designed ePrint Tips so that you can send it from each of your sales reps to their respective lists. The software also includes an "override" feature where you can manually set the from address for a specific mailing.
What sorts of articles does the newsletter feature?
We know that your customers include folks with a wide variety of backgrounds and areas of interest, which is why we always feature at least three articles each month. The topics of these articles include print production, marketing, design, and general interest/humor, among others. If you click on the sample email above, you can see a number of sample articles via the links at the bottom.
Can the sales reps update their own lists?
Yes. Every sender in your organization is assigned an account that lets them securely manage their lists, as well as send current and prior issues of the newsletter 1:1 to prospects mid-month. Users you designate as administrators can access and manage all senders' lists.
Can we customize the look-and-feel?
Yes. When we start out, and at any time in the future, you can customize your newsletter's look-and-feel in almost any way imaginable.
Can we edit the newsletter content or add our own stories?
Sure, you can have complete flexibility as to what gets sent on your behalf. You can provide us with fully-formatted, ready-to-go stories specific to your organization, or you can give us the overview and we'll write, design and format it for you.
Can we send out other types of email with the system?
Yes. You can send other types of email, such as public relations releases, special marketing offers or whatever. The system allows you to send anything as long as it meets certain legal requirements (physical address, opt out, etc.). You can een use the system to create organization and sender accounts to distribute customer email campaigns.
Do we have to manage unsubscribe requests?
No. If a recipient opts out of receiving your newsletter, they are automatically omitted from all future mailings whether you remove them from your list or not.
